A happy good morning to you. I may not always be able to post these daily. I have been diagnosed with Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction. This is a common source of low back pain and can cause pain (and shooting pain) in the buttocks, hips, legs, and groin. I find it very difficult to sit in my office chair for any amount of time. I have been told by my doctor that physical therapy will help with this issue, if not injections and surgery. I started physical therapy last week and had my first actual session yesterday. So far, I am in more pain than I was when I went in. But let’s keep our fingers crossed that the physical therapy works. Wish me luck.
